• Hospitality or F&B background
• Have a good ability to work both as team or individual
• Has experiences as a cashier is a plus point
• Min. 1 year of work experiences as a waiter/server

Guest Relation Officer

• Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance
• Excellent interpersonal, communication & negotiating skills
• Attractive, having positive attitude & strong adaptabillity
• Active english in written or conversation is a must
• Ability to work under pressure
• Availability to work night, weekend, holidays & long hours as per business demand
• 1-2 years experience as Senior GRO / Captain GRO

Captain

• Max. age of 27 years old
• Hospitality or F&B background
• Have a good ability to work both as team or individual
• Good attitude with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Min. 1 years of work experiences as a Captain Floor
• Experienced in enganging with regular customer and handling complaints

Public Relation

• Experience in public relations at a company or organization
• Exceptional writing and editing skills
• Deep knowledge of traditional, digital, and social media channel
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in public relations, marketing, or advertising
• Established relationships with media organizations and journalist
• Agree to work in night shift
