Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Staff IT

  • 1st tier level support
  • PC hardware and network troubleshoot
  • Maintaining Network (lan and wifi) and windows servers
  • Make sure all client PC run as IT policy standard
  • Regular PC housekeep
  • Regular Data housekeep
  • Monthly Report to Supervisor
  • Maintain Detailed Technical documentation
  • Collaborate with HQ and Regional IT to execute new project
  • Placed in Semarang, Central Java

Staff Customer Service

  • To follow up order form customer and ensure the order sent to us as per our requirement (e.g. quantity, quality, timelines and specification)
  • To educate and assist customer to send order clearly
  • To follow up orders. Issue orders on AX system, send email to Product  Material Control and ensure timeliness
  • To response and ensure customer enquiries and request are addresses in a timely manner
  • To track the payment and get approval from accounting department to release the order
  • To handle outstanding payment and get approval from accounting department to release the order
  • To inform warehouse to release goods by preparing document once payment received
  • To coordinate with sales team, other departments to ensure customer’s requirement are met
  • To handle customer complaints according to the company procedures and service standard

Syarat Pekerjaan

Staff IT

  • Minimum S1 any Major
  • Fluent in English
  • Understand about networking, IP segmentation, network troubleshoot, routing
  • Familiar with Firewall (Fortigate preferred)
  • Familiar with Cisco network (CCNA or CCNP certified is preferred)
  • Familiar with Windows server, Hyper-V management, DNS, DHCP configuration,
  • Able to manage IT vendors (ISP, IT Supplier, service provider)
  • Familiar with Windows 10 and 11 (troubleshoot and installation)
  • Familiar with domain environment office
  • Familiar with IP Phone management (installation and troubleshooting)
  • Good with cables management and server room configuration
  • At least 2 years experience as IT Infrastructure
  • Able to work independent with a minimum of supervision
  • Honest and Responsible

Staff Customer Service

  • D3/S1
  • Minimum 1 year Customer Service / Purchasing / Administration
  • Fluent in English (a must) & computer literate (Pivot, Vlookup, Formula)
  • Good communication, analytics, negotiation skills
  • Fast learner and able to work under pressure
  • To be place in Semarang, Central Java
