Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Staff Customer Service

  • To follow up order form customer and ensure the order sent to us as per our requirement (e.g. quantity, quality, timelines and specification)
  • To educate and assist customer to send order clearly
  • To follow up orders. Issue orders on AX system, send email to Product Material Control and
  • ensure timeliness
  • To response and ensure customer enquiries and request are addresses in a timely manner
  • To track the payment and get approval from accounting department to release the order
  • To handle outstanding payment and get approval from accounting department to release the
  • order
  • To inform warehouse to release goods by preparing document once payment received
  • To coordinate with sales team, other departments to ensure customer’s requirement are met
  • To handle customer complaints according to the company procedures and service standard

Syarat Pekerjaan

Staff Customer Service

  • D3/S1
  • Minimum 1 year Customer Service / Purchasing / Administration
  • Fluent in English (a must) & computer literate (Pivot, Vlookup, Formula)
  • Good communication, analytics, negotiation skills
  • Fast learner and able to work under pressure
  • To be place in Semarang, Central Java

Purchasing & Exim Supervisor

  • Min S1
  • 1-2 years purchasing or related experience with Supervision experience preferred
  • Well versed in purchasing techniques and logistical supply chain
  • Experienced in vendor selection and negotiating
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent purchasing skills with strong business acumen
  • Possess mentoring, training and project management experience
  • Good in English
  • Good negotiation skill

Compliance Staff

  • Min. hold a Bachelor (S1) in any major, preferably English Dept Degree from reputable universities
  • Experienced as Quality Management Representative
  • Having good knowledge about ISO 9001 : 2015
  • Fast Learner, Have commitment, Active, Creative, Strong Character and Leadership
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
  • Extensive knowledge of company operations and quality management system
  • Can work independently, under pressure and target oriented
  • Have strong interpersonal & communication skills
