Sales & Operations Executive

• Engage and deal with Local for joining our agent program
• Provide any information that agent needs. Example: package inclusive, Itinerary, and Flight Details
• Provide Legal Document such as Terms and condition, Agreement Letter and Comission Form
• Ensure all the document are prepared and brief all client before flight
• Find leads, present, promote and conduct the sales of products and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients
• Engage and reach out those leads and clients through calls, messages, social medias, emails, in-person or virtual meetings, travel fairs, organizations, associations, and etc
• Achieve targets and outcomes set by the Company, which is subject to change from time to time, within a certain period. Provide feedbacks andwriting reports periodically
• Whenever instructed by the Company, travel as a Travel Assistant to suchplaces globally for the effective provision of services

Marketing & Promotion Executive

• Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns.
• Understanding the product and customer profile and write thorough specs for each
• Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
• Help produce reports, company brochures and related marketing materials and literature
• Discuss with internal team to promote marketing strategies
• Act as first point of contact for general employee customer service needs such as common inquiries, form requests, and leave applications
• Document Meeting Minutes
• Monitoring all activities of the administration section, ensuring it is operating smoothly and efficiently
• Organizing filling system

• Usia Maks. 28 tahun
• Min. lulusan SMK, jurusan Pemasaran
• Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun dalam penjualan, preferensi dalam penjualan di bidang terkait
• Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
• Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang kuat dan dapat meyakinkan pelanggan potensial
• Memiliki kemampuan dalam berbahasa inggris
• Memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang produk dan layanan yang ditawarkan
• Kemampuan untuk bekerja secara mandiri dan juga dalam tim
• Mampu mengendarai kendaraan dan memiliki SIM A (Surat Izin Mengemudi Kelas A) yang valid
