Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Able to achieve sales objective in assigned
- Able to monitor daily sales operation
- Capable to manage team and also work independently
- Organizing all store operations and allocating
responsibilities to personel
- Supervising and guiding staff towards maximum performances
- Preparing and controlling the store’s budget aiming
for minimum expenditure and efficiency
- Monitor stock level and request stock
- Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail company
- Target and Sales oriented
- Computer literate and English proficiency
- Leadership skills, positive mindset, ability to work in team
and individually, Effective Communication and high standars
of professionalism and result oriented
- Location : Jawa Tengah (Semarang, Yogyakarta, Solo)
