- Minimum education holding diploma from hospitality institute
- Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership, problem solving and excellent communication skills
- Proactive & team focus

- Understanding restaurant 1 back-office administration
- Proficiency in computer knowledge on Microsoft office
- Maximum age 38 years old
Floor Supervisor
- Minimum education senior high school (diploma holder for hospitality is preferred)
- Well groomed 8 pleasant personality
- Good communication skills & team focus
- Take initiative and service oriented
- Service oriented individuals with 1-year relevant experience
- Familiar with restaurant

- Maximum age 32 years old
Head Barista
- Minimum education senior high school (diploma holder for hospitality is preferred)

Back of The House
Head Chef
- Minimum 2 years experience as sous chef or 5 years in chef de partie in high traffic restaurant with western & Asian background cuisine
- Strong sense of creative & innovative approach on food development with extensive knowledge in both Asian and western cuision
- Good attitude, strong team focus & can effectivelydeliver task to sub ordinate to achieve guests satisfaction through well presents and tastes dishes
- Food cost focus & understanding HACPP
- Having pastry backgroubd will be an advantage
- Proficiency in computer knowledge on Microsoft office
- Max 40 years old
Chef De Partie
- Minimun 2 years experience as demi chef de partie or 4 years as chef commis in high traffic restaurant
- Qualified in Asian and western dishes
- Good attitude & strong team player
- Basic computer skills in MS Office are preferred
- Minimaze waste and maintain controls to attain forecaster food cost
- Maximum age 30 years old
Cook
- Minimum 1 year experience as cook in high traffic restaurant
- Understanding western & Asian cuisine
- Good knowledge of food processing methods
- Well groomed, good attitude & bold personality
- Able to performed daily duties from superior in order to maintain food quality & standards
Steward/Housekeeping
- Pendidikan minimal SMA
- Bersedia bekerja shift
