Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Plant Manager

We are looking for an experienced and confident plant manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations on the plant floor while increasing production and revenue. You will manage scheduling, oversee daily operating reports, and increase production by providing leadership and developing strategic plans. You should be a strong leader with an analytical mind and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Preferred Indonesian Chinese.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor all operations and processes
  • Prepare operating reports and budgets
  • Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety regulations
  • Ensure all compliance needs are met
  • Manage scheduling for a fully operational team
  • Oversee daily floor operations
  • Develop strategies to increase productivity and production
  • Oversee all shipments, incoming inventory, and storage operations
  • Optimize productive time for employees by eliminating unnecessary processes
  • Practice conflict resolution among departments and employees
  • Report and track expenses to reduce costs
  • Analyze production metrics and data to determine areas to improve
  • Hire and train new employees
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe working environment
  • Ensure all legal requirements, company safety procedures, and local and state health and safety regulations are met

Human Resource (HR) Manager

  • Establish, manage, and maintain employee and industrial relations in conducive and positive climate in accordance with Government Laws & Regulations, Company Regulation, Policies and Procedures
  • The Head of HR will focus on building a solid foundation in activities and procedures related to HR concepts like Talent Acquisition, Competence Development, Dynamic Workforce, Leadership, Total Reward System, Diversity & Inclusion
  • Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, payroll processing, PPh21, incentive, and employee benefits enrolment
  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes
  • Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
  • Maintain pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions
  • Maintain employees’ benefit programs
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource Indonesian government requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings
  • Maintain human resource staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Monitor headcount status against budget. turnover rate, analyze manpower, and propose retention measures
  • Provide general supporting activities such as the administration of company regulations; legal documents and permits; factory & office cleanliness; and company transportation
  • Cost control on administrative expenses and control of fixed assets of the company
  • Do planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures
  • Supervise and manage subordinates
  • Building a strong work culture
  • Ensure continuous improvement on HR Division, Policies and Processes (ie. Manpower Planning, Organization and Job Design, Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefit, and Culture Building) by analysing data and present insights
  • Administer and setting process Recruitment, Promotion, Movement (Transferring, Rotation or Mutation), Termination, Retirement etc
  • Coach, mentor and enable the team to maximize performance as well as supporting the learning and development of HR team
  • Responsible for personnel administration included payroll, leave, sick, medical expense, meal and transport expense
  • Make reports to management regarding all HRGA responsibilities
  • Responsible for General Affairs (security, building maintenance, assets, legal document, etc)
  • Performs other duties as assigned and required

Syarat Pekerjaan

Plant Manager

  • Female / Male
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, business, or related field preferred; master’s in business administration or management a plus
  • Indonesian /Chinese Preferred
  • 5 years’ previous experience as a plant manager, supervisor, or related position
  • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal health and safety regulations
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Strong management skills with the ability to supervise multiple teams
  • Strict adherence to company standards and safety procedures
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills
  • Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
  • Able to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 30 pounds
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
  • In-depth knowledge of industry and its place in the market
  • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
  • Excellent conflict-resolution and decision-making abilities
  • Chinese Speaking is a PLUS

Human Resource (HR) Manager

  • Female
  • Bachelor degree from reputable University majoring Psychology/Human Resources or Bachelor degree of Law or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HRGA Manager preferably in manufacture
  • Strong knowledge about Industrial Relation
  • Strong knowledge about Indonesian labor laws and regulations
  • Budgeting and management skills
  • Organizational design and strategy skills
  • Proficient in microsoft office
  • Possess good interpersonal skill, leadership, analytical, communication, presentation and negotiation skill
  • Experience in Japanese manufacturing company is a plus
  • Possess HR Certification and has a General K3 expert Certification is a plus
  • Ability to cope with stress and meet deadlines
  • Rigorous and professional
  • Excellent in computer program related with HR administration
  • Fluency in English is a must
