Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Finance Staff

  • Input monitoring entries and maintain financial transaction records
  • Ensure the completeteness of payment documents for invoices
  • Coordinate with relevant units for the recording of company assets
  • Follow up customers invoices, bots current month and arrears
  • Make monthly accounts payment reports
  • Create an AR reconciliation

CS Exim

  • Handle customers enquiries
  • Deliver fast and excellent comunication to customer
  • Well organized, capable, and practiced in handling complex and multi-faceted tasks
  • Problem solving skill
  • Establish and maintain relationship with customer

Marketing

  • Responsible for all logistic management and import-export licensing
  • Seeking new customers and mantain existing customer relationships
  • Can fulfill targets for each month
  • Negotiate with clients regarding service rates
  • Collaborate with other departements to integrate logistics with the export-import business system
  • Ensure all import or export process run smoothly

Syarat Pekerjaan

Finance Staff

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
  • Attention to detail and high level accuracy
  • Age requirement below 30 years old
  • Can join asap

CS Exim

  • Bachelor degree in English/Psychology/Hospitality
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English mandatory
  • Have knowledge about freight forwarding
  • Willing to learn procedures, regulations, licenses, export-import
  • Min 2 years experience in same position
  • Age requirement below 30 years old

Marketing

  • Bachelor degree in marketing management
  • At least 2 years of experience in EMKL (Freight Forwarding), domestic & international supply chain
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient in English mandatory
  • Strong comunication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Prefer SIM A and can drive
