Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Implement effective and innovative campaigns to enhance product visibility and market share.
Monitor and evaluate the targeted implementation of sales, pricing, promotion and brand equity’s strategies.
Improving existing products and concepting new ones.
Observe and make the survey’s outcome on competitors marketing activities.
Leading market research, and monitoring branding activity to control brand’s performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
Stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences to drive innovation and maintain brand relevance.

Syarat Pekerjaan

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business, or a related field;
3+ years of experience in marketing roles in the textile or safety equipment industry;
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Creative and innovative mindset;
Smart , fast learner with hard working dynamic attitude;
Result driven oriented with high persuasive skill;
Team work oriented to achieve the sales target;
Proactive, self-motivated, strong work ethic and responsibility;
Fluent in English (Mandarin or Japanese is a plus);
Passion for textile or safety equipment and a desire to drive their success;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Placement at Sidoarjo, East Java.
