Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Implement effective and innovative campaigns to enhance product visibility and market share.
- Monitor and evaluate the targeted implementation of sales, pricing, promotion and brand equity’s strategies.
- Improving existing products and concepting new ones.
- Observe and make the survey’s outcome on competitors marketing activities.
- Leading market research, and monitoring branding activity to control brand’s performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences to drive innovation and maintain brand relevance.
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business, or a related field;
- 3+ years of experience in marketing roles in the textile or safety equipment industry;
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Creative and innovative mindset;
- Smart , fast learner with hard working dynamic attitude;
- Result driven oriented with high persuasive skill;
- Team work oriented to achieve the sales target;
- Proactive, self-motivated, strong work ethic and responsibility;
- Fluent in English (Mandarin or Japanese is a plus);
- Passion for textile or safety equipment and a desire to drive their success;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Placement at Sidoarjo, East Java.
