Compliance Supervisor

• As the Senior Officer – Compliance you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations and supply chain adhere to compliance standards. You will be responsible for monitoring, assessing, and improving our compliance processes and operations, ensuring that we meet all relevant regulations and ethical guidelines. Your expertise will help us create a positive impact on our workforce and the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular factory audits and assessments of internal operations to ensure compliance with social standards and fashion brand standards. e.g. SLCP, Better Work, SMETA, FSLM, Higg Index FEM, FSC, GRS, ISO 9001, OEKO-TEX
• Monitor industry trends and regulations related to compliance and recommend necessary changes
• Ensure the compliancy of local labour laws, Environmental and Other regulations Ensure all compliance permits and licenses up to date and meeting local regulations. Conduct risk assessments, inspection, training and investigation related to social compliance, OHS, Environmental and product safety
• Develop and implement compliance policies and training programs for employees and suppliers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve compliance issues
• Prepare detailed written reports (with fluent English) on compliance status and improvement initiatives for management review
• Responsible to sustainability project/ program & target

Compliance Staff

• Min. hold a Bachelor (S1) in any major, preferably English Dept Degree from reputable universities
• Experienced as Quality Management Representative
• Having good knowledge about ISO 9001: 2015
• Fast Learner, Have commitment, Active, Creative, Strong Character and Leadership Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
• Extensive knowledge of company operations and quality management system
• Can work independently, under pressure and target oriented
• Have strong interpersonal & communication skills

Compliance Supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, business administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in social compliance, risk assessment, OHS management or chemical management
• Strong understanding of local and international compliance regulations and standards. especially local labour law e.g. SLCP/ Better Work/ SMETA/ FSLM/ OEKO-TEX/ FSC/ GRS/ Higg Index/ ISO 9001 etc
• Qualified auditor status would be an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
