Finance
- Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
- Prepare balance sheets
- Process invoices
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Update internal systems with financial data
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Reconcile bank statements
- Participate in financial audits
- Track bank deposits and payments
- Assist with budget preparation
- Review and implement financial policies
Accountant
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Prepare budget forecasts
- Publish financial statements in time
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Woman
- Age Max 30 years old
- Bachelor or Diploma Degree in accounting major
- Experienced in Finance min 2years
- Good litteracy of computer skill, especially Microsoft Word
- Fast Learner and resistant to work under pressure
- Capable to work in team as well as individually
- Have excellent communication skill, confident and highly self motivated
